  • ½ cup of butter
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp. of vanilla
  • ½ tsp. of baking soda
  • ½ tsp. of salt
  • ½ tsp. of gluten-free baking powder
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

  • 1. Preheat the oven at 180? (350°F)
  • 2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, mix chickpea flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • 4. Incorporate dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix softly.
  • 5. Add chocolate chips to the mixture.
  • 6. Grease a baking sheet and divise dough into 16 cookies on it.
  • 7. Bake for 15 minutes.
