Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of buckwheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
  • 2 ½ cups of water or almond milk
  • One banana, mashed (optional)

Preparation

  • 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  • 2. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes. Add water or almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
  • 3. Cook the pancakes in a well-oiled, hot skillet.
