  • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside.
  • 2. Mix together all the liquid ingredients.
  • 3. Mix together the dry and liquid ingredients.
  • 4. Cut the onion into rings and dry each of the rings well with a cloth or paper towel. This will allow the mixture to adhere better to the onion.
  • 5. Dip a slice into the mixture. Do not put too much paste on the onion as it will swell quickly.
  • 6. Place the washer in the deep fryer. To confirm that the oil is hot enough, it should simmer when the onion ring is placed on it.
  • 7. Remove the washer when it is the same texture as in the photo.
  • 8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each onion ring.
