1. Melt the chocolate chips, butter and chocolate-hazelnut butter in a double boiler.
2. Once melted, add the brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
3. Add the flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture and mix well and finish by adding the cream.
4. Bake the mixture in a mini donut machine.
5. Roll the mini donuts while still warm in the icing sugar.
6. Makes about 20 mini donuts.
