Gluten-free bread
325 °F
Cooking : 50-70 minutes
2 portions
Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups Cuisine Soleil Bread Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 300ml of water at about 38-40°C
- 1 tsp. active dry yeast ( 4 grams )
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 100ml oil
- 1tsp. salt
Preparation
- 1. Lightly whisk the 3 eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add 50ml of water to your yeast. It is really important to have the right temperature for the water. This should be indicated on the yeast packaging. In our case, the water must have been around 38-40°C.
- 3. Pour the remaining 250ml of water into the bowl of your mixer, along with the oil, eggs, flour that has been previously sifted, sugar and the mixture of water and yeast.
- 4. Mix for about 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- 5. Add the salt and apple cider vinegar.
- 6. Blend for 10-15 minutes.
- 7. Separate the mixture into 2 loaf pans (it is possible to make 1 very large loaf or 2 loaves as in the photo).
- 8. Rise your loaves in your oven turned off for 90-120 minutes. However, you will need a small source of heat and humidity. A pot of boiling water will be perfect.
- 9. Once the buns are well risen, bake them for 50 to 70 minutes at 325°F.
- 10. Remove from the oven as soon as they come out of the oven.
- 11. Once the buns have cooled, you can slice them as desired.
- 12. To keep them as long as possible, it is advisable to store them in the freezer.
