Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup sunflower oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  • 1. Preheat oven to 300ºF
  • 2. Mix almond butter and oil until smooth.
  • 3. Add the maple syrup and the vanilla.
  • 4. In another bowl, sift the flour and add salt.
  • 5. Place the flour in the mixture of almond butter.
  • 6. Bind while avoiding to over mix.
  • 7. Oil your cookie sheet if it is not non-stick or use parchment.
  • 8. Roll dough into small balls or use a spoon to drop the dough on the cookie sheet and mash it with a fork.
  • 9. Bake for 15 minutes, the bottom will be lightly toasted.
  • 10. Cool on plate, otherwise the cookies crumble.
