Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 Soft Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ TBS Coconut oil
  • 2 TPS Vanilla extract
  • 2 TSP baking powder
  • ½ TSP salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  • 1. Preheat Over to 350ºF
  • 2. Add all wet ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
  • 3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • 4. Mix until batter is smooth and uniform.
  • 5. Add chocolate chips.
  • 6. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 7. At the end let cool for 10 minutes.
