Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chickpea flour
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cups of cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • Pinch of cumin powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 350 °F
  • In a bown, slowly mix chickpea flour, egg, water, oil, salt and cumin until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a baking plate and bake for 35 to 60 minutes.
  • It should look like a custard tart.
