LEMON AND ORANGE FLOWER WATER LITTLE CAKES

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • ½ tsp. of lemon aroma
  • 2 tbsp. of orange flower water
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • Few pistachios and almonds

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 325°F, 160°C.
  • In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon aroma, orange flower water and oil. Use a little bit of water if needed.
  • Roll into little balls, add a pistachio or almond on top of every single little cake.
  • Lay the balls on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes.
