Mini chocolate donuts

Ingredients

  • 5ml baking powder
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 30ml butter
  • 30ml nutella-style chocolate nut butter
  • 60ml brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 15ml vanilla
  • 15ml whipping cream

Preparation

  • 1. Melt the chocolate chips, butter and chocolate-hazelnut butter in a double boiler.
  • 2. Once melted, add the brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
  • 3. Add the flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture and mix well and finish by adding the cream.
  • 4. Bake the mixture in a mini donut machine.
  • 5. Roll the mini donuts while still warm in the icing sugar.
  • 6. Makes about 20 mini donuts.
