Vanilla Sandies

400gr
Cuisine Soleil, All Purpose Flour
150gr Blond Bio Cane Sugar
1 TBS Vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
250gr butter, in pieces
4 TBS milk
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and butter.
2. Create a hole in the middle of your flour to poor the remaining ingredients in.
3. Add milk and vanilla into the hole
4. Mix well forming a dough, and divide into 4 pieces
5. Roll into balls, approximately 2-3cm in diameter and roll in sugar
6. Place in fridge for 1 hour
7. Cut into cookie shapes, (about 1 cm thick)
8. Bake at 180C for 5-10 minutes (watch closely)
