Ingredients

  • 5 ml baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml vanilla
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks

Preparation

  • 1. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • 2 Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar and margarine.
  • 3. Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients to obtain a nice homogeneous texture.
  • 4. Add the white chocolate and mix.
  • 5. Spread the mixture in a greased and floured 8x8 pan.
  • 6. Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes at 350F. Always check with a toothpick that the center is cooked through. Let cool before serving.
