  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • 1. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • 2. Cream together the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, and eggs.
  • 3. Mix together the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients until you get a nice smooth texture.
  • 4. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • 5. Form 20 small balls that will be placed on a cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.
  • 6. Bake for about 13 minutes at 375F.
