Mini Peanut Butter and Chocolate Square
Ingredients
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine the flour and coconut sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
3. Mix together the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients.
4. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
5. Spread the mixture in a mini loaf tin (15cm x 8cm x 4.5cm)
6. Cook for 15 minutes at 350F in an airfryer using the "convection fryer" function.
7. Let cool before removing from the pan.
8. Can be cut in 2 to have 2 servings or in small squares.
