  • 1. In a bowl, combine the flour and coconut sugar.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  • 3. Mix together the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients.
  • 4. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • 5. Spread the mixture in a mini loaf tin (15cm x 8cm x 4.5cm)
  • 6. Cook for 15 minutes at 350F in an airfryer using the "convection fryer" function.
  • 7. Let cool before removing from the pan.
  • 8. Can be cut in 2 to have 2 servings or in small squares.
  •
