Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cuisine Soleil coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1tbsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 15ml vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (vegetable or cow's)
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup crunchy arrachide butter
- 1 1/2 chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the all-purpose protein flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coconut sugar and salt.
- 2. In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, oil and milk.
- 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
- 4. Mix until well combined.
- 5. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix.
- 6. In an 8" round pan, evenly place the mixture.
- 7. Decorate the top of the cake mix by dividing the pecans, hazelnuts, crunchy peanut butter (divide by small spoonfuls) and the rest of the chocolate chips as if you were decorating a pizza!
- 8. Bake at 350F for 1 hour (Confirm if the center is cooked through. If not, add 10-minute baking slices.)
