  • 1. Mix together the all-purpose protein flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coconut sugar and salt.
  • 2. In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, oil and milk.
  • 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
  • 4. Mix until well combined.
  • 5. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix.
  • 6. In an 8" round pan, evenly place the mixture.
  • 7. Decorate the top of the cake mix by dividing the pecans, hazelnuts, crunchy peanut butter (divide by small spoonfuls) and the rest of the chocolate chips as if you were decorating a pizza!
  • 8. Bake at 350F for 1 hour (Confirm if the center is cooked through. If not, add 10-minute baking slices.)
