
Oat patties and dark chocolate chips

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cuisine Soleil coconut flour
- 2c. Tea baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/8 cup black chia seeds
- 3/4 cup powdered sunflower seeds
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk (cow's or plant-based)
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the protein all-purpose flour, coconut flour, oat, baking powder, salt, black chia, and sunflower seed powder.
- 2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, vanilla, maple syrup and milk.
- 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
- 4. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the chocolate chips and mix until the chips are well distributed in the mixture.
- 5. Drop the mixture onto a cookie sheet to make about 25 patties and flatten each of your patties so they're all the same thickness. Bake for about 20 minutes at 375F or until the top is lightly browned.
