Soft double chocolate cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa
1 c. tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 c. tablespoon vanilla
1 cup milk (vegetable or cow's)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Preparation
1. Mix together the all-purpose flour, coconut flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla, brown sugar, eggs, margarine and milk.
3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
4. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the chocolate chips.
5. Mix.
6. Place the mixture on a cookie sheet to make about 24 servings.
7. Bake at 350°F for about 18 minutes.
