Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup lightly chopped pitted dates
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped cashews (salted or unsalted)
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the all-purpose protein flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.
- 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
- 4. Then add the dates, chocolate chips and cashews and mix well.
- 5. Place parchment paper in the bottom of an 11" x 17" dish.
- 6. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly well.
- 7. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes (Validate if the center is cooked through. If not, add 5-minute slices of cooking time.)
