
Maple and white chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cuisine Soleil coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 tbsp. maple oil
- 1/2 cup milk (vegetable or cow's)
- 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the protein all-purpose flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, maple spirit, brown sugar and milk.
- 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
- 4. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the chocolate chips and mix until the chips are well distributed in the mixture.
- 5. Place the mixture on a cookie sheet to make about 12 large cookies. Bake for about 17-20 minutes at 375F or until the top is lightly browned.
