
Oat-honey-pecan patties

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Cuisine Soleil coconut flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/8 cup black chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, ground to powder
- 3/4 cup lightly crushed pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk (plant-based, lactose-free, or cow's milk)
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the protein all-purpose flour, coconut flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, black chia, sunflower seed powder, and crushed pecans.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, vanilla, honey and milk.
- 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
- 4. Place the mixture on a cookie sheet to make about 25 patties and flatten each patty so that they are all the same height.
- You can sprinkle your patties with large sugar crystals for a little sweet addition!
- Bake for about 13 minutes at 375F or until the top is lightly browned.
