Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Kitchen All-Purpose Protein Flour
- 1 1/4 gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 c. teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 c. teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 c. tablespoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup raisins
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- 2. Whisk together the eggs, margarine, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla.
- 3. Mix together the dry and liquid ingredients to obtain a homogeneous texture.
- 4. Add the raisins and mix.
- 5. Using a spoon, place a small amount of the mixture on a cookie sheet, spacing each patty about 2 inches apart since each patty will double its width as it cooks.
- 6. Heat the oven to 300F and bake for about 18 minutes.
