Ingredients
- About 250 grams of ground turkey or pork
- 1 cup lactose-free milk
- 2.5ml onion powder
- 5ml of creton spices
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca starch
Preparation
- 1. Cook the meat with the cup of milk and all the spices.
- 2. Once the meat is cooked through, you can grind the meat lightly in a hand blender to get the desired size of meat. This is also when you can taste your blend and see if you need to add spices, salt, or pepper.
- 3. When the milk is almost all evaporated, sprinkle the tapioca starch evenly and mix well.
- 4. Spread the creton in a bowl and cool before serving.
