Ingredients

  • About 250 grams of ground turkey or pork
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk
  • 2.5ml onion powder
  • 5ml of creton spices
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca starch

Preparation

  • 1. Cook the meat with the cup of milk and all the spices.
  • 2. Once the meat is cooked through, you can grind the meat lightly in a hand blender to get the desired size of meat. This is also when you can taste your blend and see if you need to add spices, salt, or pepper.
  • 3. When the milk is almost all evaporated, sprinkle the tapioca starch evenly and mix well.
  • 4. Spread the creton in a bowl and cool before serving.
