  • 1/2 c. tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 15 ml vanilla
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, seeded

Preparation

  • 1. Mix together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
  • 2. Whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, margarine, and milk.
  • 3. Mix together the liquid and dry ingredients.
  • 4. Add the raspberries and mix gently.
  • 5. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F. Using a toothpick, check the centre to see if it is cooked through.
