  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and butter.
  • 2. Create a hole in the middle of your flour to poor the remaining ingredients in.
  • 3. Add milk and vanilla into the hole
  • 4. Mix well forming a dough, and divide into 4 pieces
  • 5. Roll into balls, approximately 2-3cm in diameter and roll in sugar
  • 6. Place in fridge for 1 hour
  • 7. Cut into cookie shapes, (about 1 cm thick)
  • 8. Bake at 180C for 5-10 minutes (watch closely)
