1. Turn on the oven at 350 degrees.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Add the sugar to the yolks and mix.
4. Add the zucchini and the almond.
5. Add the oil and the flour.
6. Blend the white while folding the dough.
7. Put it in the oven for 30 to 45 min. (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
