Yogurt, maple and chickpea sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fat-free Greek-style plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of tahini (sesame butter)
  • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
  • 2-3 cloves of pressed garlic
  • Juice of 3 lemons

Preparation

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, then refrigerate.
