- 3/4 cup Cuisine Soleil All-Purpose Mix
- 1/4 cup Cuisine Soleil Oat Flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- Crumble
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
Preparation
- Muffin
- 1. Mix together the all-purpose mix, oatmeal, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- 2. Mix together the milk, butter and eggs.
- 3. Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients together until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- 4. Add the raspberries, stirring gently.
- 5. Pour into muffin cups.
- Crumble
- 1. Mix together the oats, brown sugar, butter and maple syrup.
- 2. Fluff the crumble over the muffins.
- 3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Always check the center of the muffins with a toothpick. If the center doesn't seem cooked, add 5-minute slices of cooking.
