Almond Butter and Millet Shortbread Cookies

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF
2. Mix almond butter and oil until smooth.
3. Add the maple syrup and the vanilla.
4. In another bowl, sift the flour and add salt.
5. Place the flour in the mixture of almond butter.
6. Bind while avoiding to over mix.
7. Oil your cookie sheet if it is not non-stick or use parchment.
8. Roll dough into small balls or use a spoon to drop the dough on the cookie sheet and mash it with a fork.
9. Bake for 15 minutes, the bottom will be lightly toasted.
10. Cool on plate, otherwise the cookies crumble.
