Blueberry Banana Muffins with Brown Rice Flour

1. Preheat the oven to 180? (350°F)
2. In a bowl, mix together sugar, butter and eggs.
3. Add bananes and water and mix until smooth
4. In another bowl, mix brown rice flour, chickpea flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
6. Delicately incorporate the blueberries.
7. Pour the batter into the muffin pan.
8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
You can replace butter with coconut oil and water with milk.
