Chocolate pecan brownies

  • 1. Mix the all-purpose flour with the buckwheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
  • 3. Add the dry ingredient mixture to the liquid ingredient mixture.
  • 4. Once the mixture is well combined, measure 1/2 cup of this liquid mixture into a measuring cup and add the chopped pecans. Set aside.
  • 5. Add the chocolate chips to the liquid mixture that is in your bowl and mix.
  • 6. In a 6" by 6" baking pan, line the bottom of the dish with your liquid/pecan mixture. Press everything well.
  • 7. Next, pour in all the liquid mixture that contained the chocolate chips. Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 350F.
