
Chocolate pecan brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cuisine Soleil All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cuisine Soleil buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 15ml vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans to taste
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1. Mix the all-purpose flour with the buckwheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
- 3. Add the dry ingredient mixture to the liquid ingredient mixture.
- 4. Once the mixture is well combined, measure 1/2 cup of this liquid mixture into a measuring cup and add the chopped pecans. Set aside.
- 5. Add the chocolate chips to the liquid mixture that is in your bowl and mix.
- 6. In a 6" by 6" baking pan, line the bottom of the dish with your liquid/pecan mixture. Press everything well.
- 7. Next, pour in all the liquid mixture that contained the chocolate chips. Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 350F.
