Ingredients
200 g. of sugar
2 eggs
Lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
20 g. of melted butter
200 g. all purpose flour mix
1½ tsp. of baking powder
100 ml of milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 350°F, 180?.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, lemon zest and salt.
- Sift baking powder and flour. Add butter and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let cool down.
