  • Sauce
  • 1. Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.
  • 2. Once boiling, remove from heat, pour into a measuring cup and set aside.
  • Cake
  • 1. Mix together the all-purpose flour, buckwheat flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, margarine and milk.
  • 3. Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
  • 4. Blend until fluffy.
  • 5. Pour the cake mix into a greased and floured 8X8 pan.
  • 6. Spread evenly.
  • 7. Pour the sauce very gently, letting it run down the side of your dish. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 350°F.
