Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Protein Flour
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
Preparation
- 1. Mix together the all-purpose flour, oats, and salt.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the margarine, brown sugar and eggs.
- 3. Next, add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- 4. In an 8X8 dish, spread about half of the mixture.
- 5. Press well.
- 6. In a separate bowl, sprinkle the strawberries with the tapioca starch and mix well.
- 7. Scatter the strawberries over the mixture.
- 8. Add the rest of the mixture to the strawberries to cover them well without squeezing them.
- 9. Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown
