Ingredients

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g. of sugar
  • 250ml to 300ml of 2% milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g. of softened butter

Preparation

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and milk. Add eggs and butter and mix well until smooth.
  • 2. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Grease a frying pan and pour a thin layer of dough. Once the pancake begins to turn golden brown, flip it the other side.
  • 4. If the dough is too stiff to pour properly, add small amounts of milk.
  • 5. Serve with maple syrup and sliced bananas.
