Ingredients
150 g. of all purpose flour mix
1 pinch of salt
20 g. of sugar
250ml to 300ml of 2% milk
2 eggs
30 g. of softened butter
Directions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and milk. Add eggs and butter and mix well until smooth.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Grease a frying pan and pour a thin layer of dough. Once the pancake begins to turn golden brown, flip it the other side.
- If the dough is too stiff to pour properly, add small amounts of milk.
- Serve with maple syrup and sliced bananas.
