150 g. of all purpose flour mix
1 pinch of salt
20 g. of sugar
250ml to 300ml of 2% milk
2 eggs
30 g. of softened butter


  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and milk. Add eggs and butter and mix well until smooth.
  2. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Grease a frying pan and pour a thin layer of dough. Once the pancake begins to turn golden brown, flip it the other side.
  4. If the dough is too stiff to pour properly, add small amounts of milk.
  5. Serve with maple syrup and sliced bananas.
