Homemade bars with dried fruits and nuts

Ingredients
2/3 cups of brown rice flour (Cuisine Soleil)
2 tsp. of gluten-free baking powder
2 eggs
½ cup of sugar
½ tsp. of salt
1 cup of dried fruits of your choice (dates, figs, apricots, cranberries, etc.)
1 cup of nuts of your choice (cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180 C (325 F)
- In a bowl, sift the flour and the baking powder
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, the sugar and the salt
- Incorporate the egg mix to the flour mix until
- In a culinary robot, put the dried fruits and the nuts. Blend together but leave few chunks.
