- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 2. Using a food processor, blend the bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Set aside. 
- 3. In a bowl, mix the brown rice flour, baking powder, and salt. 
- 4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix lightly. 
- 5. Add the chocolate chips. 
- 6. Grease 12 muffin cups, then fill with the batter. 
- 7. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
