1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Using a food processor, blend the bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the brown rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix lightly.
5. Add the chocolate chips.
6. Grease 12 muffin cups, then fill with the batter.
7. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
