Millet and Buckwheat Banana Bread

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 180? (350°F)
2. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, bananas and milk until smooth.
3. In another bowl, mix together buckwheat flour, millet flour, baking soda and tapioca flour.
4. Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture and mix slowly.
5. Place the batter into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 55 minutes.
