Millet and buckwheat banana bread

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 tbsp. of coconuts beverage, almond milk or organic milk
6 tbsp. of butter
½ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of buckwheat flour
½ cup of millet flour
2/3 cup of tapioca flour
½ tsp. of baking soda
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180? (350°F)
- In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, bananas and milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together buckwheat flour, millet flour, baking soda and tapioca flour.
- Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture and mix slowly.
- Place the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
