Millet Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters of 2% milk
  • 400 g sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 large pinch of salt
  • Zest of 2 lemons

Preparation

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the millet flour and sugar.
  • 3. In another bowl, beat the 8 eggs. Incorporate into the dry mixture and gently stir.
  • 4. Add 1 large pinch of salt and the finely chopped zest of 2 lemons.
  • 5. Incorporate the warm milk and mix well.
  • 6. Pour the mixture into small buttered molds.
  • 7. Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes.
