Spinach Flatbread

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup water
- 2/3 cup millet flour
- 1 teaspoon salted herbs
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme and basil
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
- 2. Mix flaxseed with water, set aside to form a gel.
- 3. In a food processor, combine spinach, water, salted herbs, herbs and flax seed gel until smooth.
- 4. Add flour and mix well until you get a smooth paste.
- 5. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- 7. Cut into squares for a sandwich or into rounds for a hamburger bun!
