
Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cuisine Soleil coconut flour
- 3/4 cup Cuisine Soleil oatmeal
- 6tbsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup black chia seeds
- 4 eggs
- 2tbsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp psyllium
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 4 cups milk
Preparation
- Mix together the all-purpose protein flour, coconut flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, chia, and psyllium.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla, brown sugar, eggs, maple syrup, margarine and milk.
- Add the liquid ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
- Cook the mixture in the waffle iron.
